Program name
- A program specializing in agricultural life sciences in subtropical regions.
Purpose of the program
- Fostering domestic agricultural and life science talents tailored to subtropical countries that proactively respond to climate change. Fostering field professionals by transferring domestic advanced technology to ASEAN countries.
- Establish a global network foundation for promoting mutual understanding and expanding future exchanges by promoting undergraduate exchanges in the field of agricultural life science between Korea and ASEAN universities.

Program Overview
- Course: Program forcused on exploring agricultural sites and research facilities.
- Support for Practical Korean education: Improving overall knowledge and understanding of Korean life and culture smoothly, not for academic achievement purposes.
- Support for cultural experience: Experience the area preferred by international students and link it with the curriculum.
- EZ Program: An English program operated in an English-only lecture for a semester using after-school hours.
- Global internship and industry tour: Experience of work life at a company (institution) during vacation. In addition, support for field trips to industries in the region and participation in job fairs for international students.
- Mentoring program: Support for adaptation to international students through counseling, etc., and also operate a GNU Buddy Program that matches enrolled students.
Cultural experiences and field trips
- Sometimes, on Friday, they experience Seoul (Gyeongbokgung Palace, etc.), Busan (Haeundae, etc.), and Jeonju (Hanok Village, etc.), which are preferred areas for international students, and not just explore scenic spots in connection with the curriculum.
- Participate in programs that can take the intensive education in a short period of time in connection with overseas rural and agricultural development programs conducted by the private sector (Next-generation global Saemaul leader development, Global Saemaul network).
- Exchange students can participate in various programs for international students (neighborhood urban and rural experiences, Sacheon, Sancheong Fam tours, international student events, etc.) conducted by the international Cooperation Headquarters once a month.
