- A Program for Cultivating Next-Generation Asian Leaders with Integrated Knowledge of Future Technology and Management
Purpose of the Program
- Responding to changes in education and the convergence of technology and management through the development and operation of AIMS-PAMS (Partnership of Asia Management Schools), and developing and operating joint educational programs led by Asian universities.
- Operating Asia-driven leaders through education based on Asian case studies.

Features of the Program
- Moving away from traditional teaching methods and introducing various educational approaches such as Minerva-style, blended online-offline, project-based learning, and flipped learning to foster creative education.

Program Overview
- With the acceleration of regional bloc formation amidst global centralization, the political, economic, social, and cultural significance of Asia is increasing. This program aims to foster the next generation of Asian leaders equipped with interdisciplinary knowledge in future technologies and management through the development of innovative educational programs in collaboration with leading universities in the region.
- 1-Year AIMS-PAMS Program (100% English – Online/Offline)
- Case-Based, Interdisciplinary Education for Business Majors: Students work on corporate projects addressing real-world problems faced by companies. Through interaction with industry professionals, they gain advanced business knowledge and improve their satisfaction with the program.
- Innovative Educational Methods: Moving away from traditional teaching approaches, the program incorporates Minerva-style education, hybrid online/offline learning, project-based learning, and flipped classrooms. These methods aim to expand participant engagement and ensure quick transitions when physical relocation becomes feasible.
- Joint Curriculum: AIMS-Nano-PAMS Program (100% English – Online/Offline)
- Courses in Future Technology and Management: Includes subjects that enable students to explore and learn about cutting-edge technologies and management strategies, along with opportunities to experience and learn Korean K-pop culture.
- Curriculum Breakdown: Seven courses based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) business principles and six courses focused on Korean culture (business and K-pop).
- Modular Structure: Delivered in 2-3 week modules, the program is a collaborative effort among participating universities, utilizing live online sessions, an LMS-based team project framework, and student exchange initiatives.
- Overseas Exchange Program
- Pre-Departure: Local language preparation courses.
- Post-Arrival: Regular mentoring to ensure well-being and guidance for adapting to the new environment.
