  • Maritime Logistics and Cold Chain Professional Development Training Program

Purpose of the program

  • To establish a project module for education, research, and practical work of integrated logistics, marine transportation, marine and fisheries cold chain industries, and fosters ASEAN marine logistics and cold chain professionals through knowledge exchange, personnel exchange, and interconnection.
  • To Reflect the latest trend and industrial requirements of the marine logistics and marine aquatic products food cold chain between Korea and ASEAN countries, KMOU establishes a specialized curriculum that integrates and connects education, research, and practice.
  • Training comprehensive and creative marine professionals through interdisciplinary convergence between marine logistics and cold chain-related disciplines.

  • With excellent faculty and master's and doctorate researchers in the field of marine logistics and cold chain, high-quality education is guaranteed based on a deep understanding of related fields.
  • Theory and practical training on marine logistics and cold chains as a leading university in "Ocean-based Convergence and Convergence Practical Knowledge" education.

Cultural experience and field trip

  • Korean cultural experiences including hanbok experience, ceramic crafting experience, folk painting drawing, and Korean language education.
  • Korean culture and historic landmark including Gyeongju (Cheomseongdae, Daereungwon, Cheonmachong, Hwangridan-gil), Haeundae (Haeundae Beach, Haedan-gil), and Gijang (Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Busan National Science Museum).
  • Provide opportunities to experience boarding life by boarding a training ship owned by Korea Maritime University.
  • Practical experience in shipping by visiting Busan New Port, North Port, field training ship, and various logistics companies.
